“I started training with Jo in January 2021. I was familiar with Jo’s training style – a practical approach customized to individual goals and abilities. I was confident that she could help me gain strength, build a butt and lessen my back pain. Within a short time she had already exceeded my expectations. 

I am not a “hard core” fitness person and Jo customized workouts accordingly without sacrificing results. My workouts during the week are short, usually less than a ½ hour. I love my workouts! They consist of simple movements and stretching – I don’t use weights just resistance bands and my own body weight. As a busy full-time working Mom, I appreciate the short workouts and the easy to follow nutrition advice Jo provides.
